Shipping Information
All SAGEBYESH.COM orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped from New Jersey.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.
All orders are shipped with the following options:
UPS Ground —$25.00 flat rate is available for most U.S. orders.
2nd Day — $45.00 flat rate is available in the United States ONLY.
Overnight – $60.00 flat rate is available in the United States ONLY.
Once your product has shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email to track your package. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please call UPS at 1 (800) 742 - 5877 and please have your tracking number available for the customer service agent.
CANADA
Free Ground Shipping is available BUT the customer is responsible for payment of ANY calculated duties AND or taxes.
2nd Day Air available in Canada - $45.00
Next Day Air available in Canada- $65.00

Returns & Exchanges
SAGEBYESH.COM offers free returns on Domestic orders (U.S. and Canada).
To start a return, please contact customercare@sagebyesh.com with your order number for approval. Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Full priced items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the item.
*Please note items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags still attached in order to be eligible for a refund.
*ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL OR DISCOUNT CODE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AND CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
*ALL ONLINE EXCLUSIVES, CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS, PRE-ORDERED ITEMS & SALE STYLES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
SAGEBYESH.COM CANNOT except returns or exchanges of SAGEBYESH products that are purchased at ANY store or vendor other than SAGEBYESH.COM
Please note SAGEBYESH.COM CANNOT accept returns or exchanges that have not been approved, that have been damaged, altered or worn, missing the original sale tags or past our shipping window upon arrival. The item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Promotions & Discounts
Two or more discount codes and/or promotions CANNOT be combined on ANY order.
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED with a promotional or discount code are NOT eligible for a refund and can be only exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
*At this time, SAGEBYESH.COM is unable to offer price adjustments based on previous purchases.
REPAIRS & RESHAPING
* If your item requires repair or restoration, please contact us at customercare@sagebyesh.com with a detailed description of the requested repair or restoration(reshaping) and a picture of the product.
We currently are not accepting in-person drop-off repair services. All repairs must be approved by customercare@sagebyesh and mailed to SAGEBYESH using the provided pre-paid shipping label.
At this time, SAGEBYESH is not able to accomdate repairs or restoration on styles purchased on a final markdown or at a sample sale.
